How it works

Workspaces

One account can belong to several workspaces, such as a company and Personal. Each has an owner, admins and members.

Seats per app

Admins assign each app's seats to members, so people see the apps they need.

Clients

Flag a member as a client for a restricted role. In Books, clients get a portal with their own invoices and files.
